Boston - TEFL Course
Via Lingua is proud to announce, in partnership with ELS Language Centers, its newest TEFL Certification Program. The greater Boston area is a wonderful blend of stylish sophistication and historic New England charm. Every year, thousands of visitors from around the world flock to Boston, a world-class city brimming with urban and cultural pleasures, natural beauty, and so many sites of Colonial and Revolutionary history they always seem to be just an arm's length away.
Start with the arts and entertainment: the city is home to the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Boston Pops, which perform as Symphony Hall, known the world over for its magnificent acoustics. It is easy to find excellent art museums like Museum of Fine Arts, the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum, and the Institute of Contemporary Art. Boston and Cambridge have several top colleges - Harvard and Boston universities, the Berklee College of Music, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and many more - which naturally surround themselves with visual and performing arts, bookstores, and dynamic youth culture. The Greater Boston area has some 65 accredited institutions of higher learning, including many world-renowned colleges, universities, conservatories, and seminaries. The metro Boston area has something of around 250,000 students living in the area at any given time.
Our TEFL center is located on Tremont Street, within two blocks of any one of the four subway lines. The school has a computer center and spacious, well-lit classrooms equipped with LCD projectors and DVD players. There are many historic sites and attractions in the area such as the New England Aquarium, The Freedom Trail, Beacon Hill, Chinatown and the North End (Boston's Little Italy).
Certified TEFL teachers seeking employment will find many opportunities in private language centers throughout the city.
